It’s always difficult to predict the weather for an outdoor event in Scotland, so we submitted an application to the Carnoustie Golf Links Management Committee to allow us to purchase marquees for our bar and entertainment area. We couldn’t believe it when we heard from the Links that we had been successful. We’re truly grateful for our funding award of £3,700.
This has allowed us to buy 4 cracking marquees that will not only be used for years to come, but will allow us to maximise the use of the Carnoustie High School rugby pitches.
You’ll see us using our marquees throughout the year for various events. We can’t wait to put them up again and welcome the community into our next event. Hopefully sooner rather than later!
